PROJECT COORDINATION

Hertz Engineering personnel have good experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating with internal and external contractors for the success of a project. We can coordinate and effectively communicate between engineering teams, contractors, vendors and clients. We can coordinate and lead projects teams and present weekly and monthly reports to our clients to confirm that we are performing per the set KPIs. We use a variety of methods and process to coordinate between various stakeholders such as weekly update meetings and identify areas of success and deficiency.
